Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
  • If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be processed.

After Shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligible returns after delivery.

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping charges will be borne by Pitara.
  • For all other approved returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Customized & Handmade Products

As many of our products are handmade and may be customized, such items are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has begun, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
