Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale events.
- Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original tags or packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.
